Draper Girls Country Farm Newsletter - January Edition

Welcome to the Winter Wonderland of Hood River, Oregon!

Dear Guests,

🍎 Apple of Our Eye: Winter Activities and Delights

As the snow gently blankets the Hood River Valley, Draper Girls Country Farm transforms into a serene winter paradise, perfect for a weekend getaway or a peaceful day trip. Our beloved farm, nestled in the heart of this picturesque landscape, continues to buzz with activity, even in the chill of January.

Country Market Treasures: Our farm store remains open, offering a bounty of local goods. From homemade preserves and to unique artisan crafts, there's something for everyone. Don't forget to try our famous non-pasteurized apple ciders, a perfect treat for chilly days.

🐑 Farm Animals Home for the Winter

Winter is a special time at the farm, however, it’s a bit too cold for our goat friends! They are at home bundled up and keeping warm like you and I. We will send out an announcement when they are back at the farm for feeding and visiting.

🏞️ Scenic Snowshoeing and Hiking

For the outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding Hood River area offers breathtaking trails for snowshoeing and hiking. Experience the tranquil beauty of winter in Oregon, with panoramic views of snow-covered landscapes and quiet, frosty forests.

🌟 2024 Seasonal Picking Schedule

(Specific dates vary depending on the seasonal weather.)

📣 A Special Thank You

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our visitors and supporters. Your enthusiasm and love for our farm make all our efforts worthwhile. We're constantly inspired to provide the best farm experience, and we look forward to making more memories with you.
